I'm a technical writer and certified Agile coach with extensive experience in complex technical environments. I have a knack for embedding myself within teams until we've built something worth being proud of — and for figuring out how people work and what it takes to help them do their best work.
My superpowers:

- Architecting documentation infrastructure for enterprise SaaS, MLOps, healthcare, and defense industries
I hold a degree in Technical Communication from UCF and certifications in AI for Content Creators, Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), ScrumMaster (CSM/A-CSM), and Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
When I'm not building docs or coaching teams, I'm hiking Vermont
trails, devouring a book, feeding chickadees, and maintaining an
aggressively eclectic music library.
